Meet the Team
TEAM TOTAL We have a team of loyal, local cleaners working for us. Some are local residents and many of the seasonal staff return for a summer season or a second winter season having enjoyed their time in Morzine. All of our cleaners are personally interviewed, references taken and carefully chosen from a large pool of applicants. Our cleaners have 2 weeks training before they start work and we believe they should work hard and play hard so we arrange regular treats, team building and social events.

We moved to Morzine 10 years ago in 2009. It was initially a temporary move after a run of ill health and bad luck in the UK. We liked Morzine and Les Gets so much that we decided to stay! Our youngest son came with us and although he is now a ski instructor travelling the world he comes back periodically during the year to help out. Our daughter is always in Morzine during peak ski season weeks and our other two sons have dipped in and out over the years. Total Chalet Services has grown beyond our wildest expectations and keeps us busy with the help of our amazing team!

Hi I'm Bethan, I have lived in the area for the last 8 years. I came to do a ski season and never left!
From my first season as a chalet host, I quickly thought 'how can I make this my career' I spent the next four years managing a hotel in the centre of Morzine before building my own catered chalet company with my husband.
Iam now delighted to be managing Total Chalet Services with Kevin and Lisa, managing nearly 200 chalets instead of just the 1.

Karis heads up the housekeeping and laundry. Since moving to our new laundry she has had her hands full and does a great job of keeping on top of everybodies laundry and individual chalet requirements. Karis has been in Morzine for 3 years and loves yoga, hiking and climbing. She is a great snowboarder and spends most of her time off on the mountain.
